Grant Savage
Founder
As a Founder of Silver Bluff, Grant oversees all development, investment, and brokerage activities for the company as well as its investment vehicles, debt, and equity structures.
Grant’s career in commercial real estate began in 1996 in the investment sales division at Grubb & Ellis, where he ultimately grew to lead the South Florida Region’s Investment Services Group. In 2012, he joined Peter at Pointe Group Advisors where he led the brokerage division and strengthened the company’s portfolio in the Coconut Grove area. PGA’s sale to Colliers International opened the door to the creation of Silver Bluff and the ability for Peter and Grant to focus on their vision of investing and developing in Coconut Grove. Grant not only adds significant expertise on the financial side but is also known for bringing creative and successful solutions to complex situations.
A long-time resident of Coconut Grove, Grant is a graduate of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Day School, Ransom Everglades School, and the University of Miami where he earned an MBA, graduating as Salutatorian.
