“We grew up in the Grove attended the same elementary school and high school here and still call it home. We want our families, children and future generations, to be able to point with pride and say ‘that building is part of our family.’ Even for projects outside of Coconut Grove, it’s about understanding the communities in which we build and leaving them better than we found them.”

– Grant Savage and Peter Gardner
Silver Bluff founder and strategic advisor (Go Grove!)

Silver Bluff is
more than a name.

Nestled between Miami’s original southern boundary and the Village of Coconut Grove, Silver Bluff was named for the ridge of exposed gray limestone that appears silver when touched by morning sunlight.

Silver Bluff is the bedrock of the Grove and representative of our goal to create a solid foundation for our future.

We Work in Partnership.

We Work in
Partnership.

Our best work happens when we partner with others. We share ideas and visions. We seek opinions and specialist knowledge. We engage, we make a plan, and we communicate clearly because our community matters deeply to us.

This is our home. We care about the people here because they are our family, our friends, and our neighbors.

We Think in Generations.

We Think in
Generations.

We’re a developer that believes a building should add meaning to its neighborhood, not dilute it. We look to history to create for the long term because we have a deep desire to protect the character of Coconut Grove. Our projects will impact people’s everyday lives and the neighborhood we all love for decades to come. We take that responsibility seriously.

We appreciate the importance of creating something new while respecting our heritage.

We Build to Last.

We Build to
Last.

Coconut Grove is where we live, where we work, and where we play. We love it here and are committed to staying true to the wonderful things that make the Grove so special.

It is important that we foster the spirit of community that has been here from the beginning and value our past while helping to curate our community’s future for the next generation of caretakers.
